We understand that your time is precious.
We will help you with the first start of the system using remote communication tools.
This includes the necessary online support, during which we can help you:
✓ how to position the sensors and repeaters correctly,
✓ how to connect to the gateway, and obtain measured data from it, 
✓ how to set notification limits,
✓ set the necessary parameters for obtaining information and notifications via e-mail, 
✓ and many more.

Plus service package content

In addition to the services included in the Start package, we will also help you with the following situations.

Long-term support 
Do you need help with setting up the user interface, measurement limits, alerts? Our experts will be at your disposal and will help you with these problems using online communication tools.

Extensibility
Do you plan to gradually extend your system with additional sensors? We will provide you with professional support and guidance for the purchased equipment so that you will be able to successfully add new devices to the system. One IQAROS system can have up to 30 sensors and 6 repeaters. Our experts will help you add new devices or set of devices added at once.
The Extensibility service can also be purchased as a separate service.

Priority 
Easy replacement and priority complaint: In case you need to replace the sensor for any reason, we will ensure that you get a new device in such a condition that you simply add it to your system without any further steps.
Although this is unlikely, in the event you need to make a complaint about an IQAROS system device, we guarantee you a shortened complaint period of a maximum 15 days.
The Priority service can also be purchased as a separate service.

PREMIUM*

Do you need personal professional assistance in deploying or managing the system? Do you require official certification of sensor calibration/recalibration? Our technicians will arrange everything, bring the equipment and install it.

Smart

Premium service package content

In addition to the services included in the Start and Plus service package, we will also help you with the following situations.

Our technicians will come to you and provide all the necessary technical support to install and run the system. They will train your staff so that they can continue to operate the system on-site.

If you wish to receive an official calibration certificate for the sensors, we will contact the relevant certification authority and take care of everything.
You only pay the fee associated with the official calibration of each sensor.
Similarly, if you need a repeated recalibration of sensors with the delivery of calibration certificates, we will provide you with this service, for sensors up to two years from purchase.

The scope of the service is limited to two technician trips per year. In addition, we will charge you for the costs associated with transporting it to you.
